When You Say A Few Minutes Do You Literally Mean 60+ Seconds?

It seems like recently none of the vods i watch have the chat replay, and i can find no option to. Web they ended up eventually following (cool of them) anyways i was going back through my vod and looking to make sure my alert was activated because i didn't remember seeing. Twitch's chat replay lets you view. Have to close and reopen the video when it occurs. All of my past broadcasts have always had chat replay, but lately my two past broadcasts don't have chat recorded.
